Gramma's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 1/8 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon parsley
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 pinch clove
• 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
• 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
• 1 pinch salt (to taste)
• 1 pinch pepper (to taste)
• 2 lbs hamburger
• 1 egg
• 1 cup italian breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• 1 garlic clove (chopped)
• 1/2 cup romano cheese

Recipe

• 1 mix together first 10 ingredients (down to pepper) for sauce and let simmer for approx 1 1/2 - 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
• 2 for meatballs mix together remaining ingredients, brown in a little oil then cook them in the sauce.
• 3 once sauce is finished add to any pasta like spaghetti or ravioli.
