- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup water
- salt & pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 8 hamburger buns
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. drain off fat. add flour, water, salt & pepper. cook for 5 minutes to thicken. add ketchup and mustard. simmer for 15 minutes. serve on hamburger buns.
