Chinese Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup rice, washed
- 1 can chinese noodles, crisp
Recipe
- 1 brown meat in skillet.
- 2 add remaining ingredients except noodles.
- 3 stir well and pour into a 2 quart casserole.
- 4 cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 5 uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
- 6 sprinkle noodles over top and return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
- 7 serves 8.
