Chinese Hamburger Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup rice, washed
  • 1 can chinese noodles, crisp

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat in skillet.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients except noodles.
  • 3 stir well and pour into a 2 quart casserole.
  • 4 cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • 5 uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
  • 6 sprinkle noodles over top and return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  • 7 serves 8.
