Ingredients
- Servings: 9
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup raw rice (i used 3/4 cup)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- chow mein noodles (the crunchy ones)
Recipe
- 1 brown hamburger and onions.
- 2 add celery, rice, soups, water and sauces.
- 3 pour into a sprayed 13x9 pan.
- 4 bake at 350°f for an hour, stirring a couple of times during cooking.
- 5 top with chow mein noodles and bake 10-15 minutes longer.
- 6 enjoy!
