Chinese Hash

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raw rice (i used 3/4 cup)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • chow mein noodles (the crunchy ones)

Recipe

  • 1 brown hamburger and onions.
  • 2 add celery, rice, soups, water and sauces.
  • 3 pour into a sprayed 13x9 pan.
  • 4 bake at 350°f for an hour, stirring a couple of times during cooking.
  • 5 top with chow mein noodles and bake 10-15 minutes longer.
  • 6 enjoy!
